Condition: Good, with light shelfwear to covers and light crease to spine. Slight lean to spine. Signed and inscribed "To Cleggy, with love and respect" by Elspeth Huxley on front endpaper. Loosely inserted is a letter about the book dated 27th August 1980 written to Elspeth Huxley by an acquaintance. Dustjacket condition: Poor to fair, generally shelfworn and soiled with two sections missing to top and base of spine. Not price-clipped. 288pp..
