A handsome copy of the uncommon 1947 1st edition of this impressive post-War examination of "modern developments in apartment house construction". Solid and VG+ (offsetting at the endsheets and pastedowns) in a crisp, VG+ dustjacket, with one closed tear along the front panel's top-edge, just a touch of very mild wear at the spine ends and very light soiling to the panels. Quarto, crisp black-and-white photos (focusing largely on New York's resplendent apartment houses) throughout.
