About This Item
Oxford: James Wyatt and son, 1841. Part 7 only (softcover), subtitled Fifth and Sixth forms. 4 plates (measuring 25cm by 32cm) entitled The Boo, Prose Rouge, Pop, Absence. Also includes a leaf of descriptive text and printed blue paper wrappers. The plates and the text leaf are in good to very good condition (some light chafing of the margins and some light foxing). The blue paper wrappers are in tatty condition (chipped, torn and detached from the plates). This work is of exceptional rarity: only four copies are listed on WorldCat. The British Library only holds the first part, and their catalogue theorises that only one part was published. Two US Libraries (Yale and North Carolina) hold parts 1-8.
