First edition (?) Octavo. There is no frontispiece. Original gilt stamped blue cloth. No dust jacket. Very good (spine faded). 294 pages + 10 pages of ads, two of which feature works by Mark Twain. No signatures or bookplates.

This work appeared in at least three period bindings. This binding appears to be the third, as it is the plainest.
