New York: D. Appleton & Co, 1858. Hardcover. Very Good. Ninth thousand. Green cloth boards, faded gilt decoration on spine. Boards are lightly soiled and spotted all around. Spine is cocked slightly to the right. Rought cut pages on top and cut edge are toned with age but in solid shape. Two black & white plates are laid in. Pages display moderate water damage to all edges through the first quarter of the book. Additional photos provided upon request.
