Leicester: Backus, 1934. Book. Illus. by Charles Simpson R. I.. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Forty full-page illustrations, twenty-five of which are in full colour. Gilt-stamped, green cloth boards are still bright, g one tiny spot where cloth is worn off bottom edge. Pages are clean, text and illustrations are unmarked. Dust jacket is decrepit - now encased in mylar. Will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. .
