DJ shows very minor shelf wear, reinforced on inside at head, in orginal glassine outer wrap, else bright and clean. Slipcase shows light shelf wear, else bright and clean. Quarterbound light blue cloth spine, black cloth boards with woven pattern in blue, yellow and red, black and red ink lettering, textured endpages. Oblong 8vo. 168pp. Illus. (b/w plates). Index.
