Copyright 1943 and 2 author's paragraphs on copyright page, but NO statement of First Edition, hence a later printing from 1943 but with all the correct misspelling points In 2nd issue dustjacket, with author's photo and 3 reviews rear panel, price of $3.00 bottom corner front flap. Dustjacket is faded at spine and has 1/8" paper loss top edge spine, a few tiny chips bottom edge of spine. and at top edge front panel. A quite handsome copy of this 20th century classic. .
