A one page Virgil Thompson ALS, dated 29 April, 1968 on his letterhead tipped to the front pastedown. "Dear Nick / I never did find among my things a treble piece for you to publish though there may still be something there if I look hard when I go back to New York, May 15. I've been in residence here opening at Trinity College, and liking it. May 20th, I am going to Elizabeth, New Jersey to hear 4 Saint produced [believe it or not] by a 6th grade class. If it's not too late for your treble book, send me a postcard. I should love to be in it. / Best and ever warmly / Virgil Thompson. In fine condition.
