Near fine softcover. Japanese format (right to left). In Japanese with English image titles and postscript. Presumed first edition of the self selected 100 images of Nara, Japan by Taikichi Irie, who is internationally renowned and venerated in Japan for his photography. This book was published just before his death in 1992 and some of the selections were made in his last days. Book is published by the Nara City Museum of Photography which changed it's name to the Taikichi Irie Museum of Photography in 1992. The book has very slight discoloration on the grained white soft cover and has been very gently read; no bumps, bends or markings. Listed as near fine.
