Photo clipping - "Osa Johnson Comes to New York to Carnegie Hall" - this was shortly after their plane accident that took Martin Johnson's life and injured Osa (she is in a wheelchair in the photo). FOUR TICKETS (uncancelled and in perfect condition) to the Martin Johnsons' lecture "Jungle Depths of Borneo" at the Kalurah Temple in Binghamton, NY June 3, 1937 + a newspaper article about the upcoming lecture. Letter from a Kodak employee and fan of Osa Johnson to her booking agent, Clark H. Getts, regarding that lecture and Getts' reply to said fan. Clark H. Getts (b. 1893) was a public relations counsel and booking agent, who Osa Johnson married two years after her husband Martin Johnson's death. A "Civic Music News" article on Osa Johnson (with photograph) dated 1/8/38. A second Civic Music News article on Osa Johnson dated 1/1/38 about upcoming film presentation and lecture at the Eastman Theatre in Rochester, NY. Article says she will be lecturing from her wheelchair - pictures said to be most remarkable ever made in Borneo.
