Carroll Quigley was a professor of history at Georgetown, he also wrote Tragedy and Hope, The Development of Civilizations and The Anglo American Establishment. He was a mentor to this bookseller and of course Bill Clinton. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
