London: Michael Joseph, 1960. First Edition. Very Good/Good. First edition, first printing. Signed by Elizabeth David and inscribed to a former owner on the title page. Bound in publisher's original green cloth stamped in red. Very Good with light wear and light fading to cloth, light stainign to textblock edge, former owner notes to front free endpaper and several minor notations to text. In a Good unclipped dust jacket with chipping at the crown and top edge of the front panel, edge wear, tape repairs made to the blindside and toning to spine.
