Limited to five hundred copies, in which three hundred were printed for England and two hundred for America with no additional printings. Handsome supple half blue morocco over paper covered boards. Top edge gilt; marbled endpapers. Five raised bands with gilt title to spine. Illustrations in water colors by Albert Lynch and engraved in colors by Eugene Gaujean. Ten complete colored plates, including frontispiece, along with colored vignettes and initials. Clean copy without previous owners' names or other markings.
