A heartwarming story about the relationship between a blind person and his guide dog. Written by an American in 1937, this was less than 10 years since the first guide dog was brought to America, from Switzerland, and the start of the American seeing eye dog programme. Illustrated throughout with wood-cuts and 8 b&w images at rear of guide dogs and their owners doing various activities. . 1st Edition. Cloth. Very Good+/No Jacket.
