New York: The Macmillan Company, 1948., 1948.. Very good. - Large octavo, 10-5/8 inches high by 7-3/4 inches wide. Two volumes uniformly bound in denim blue cloth titled in gilt on the front covers and the spines. The set is housed in a brown slipcase with a full-page printed title label on one side of the case. The books' covers are slightly soiled and both spines are faded. There is chipping to the paper along the front edge of the soiled slipcase. A substantial set with unnumbered pages, most illustrated with photographs of American furniture. Very good.
