Leaf 2, B/W photograph of Goudy's hands at work; leaf 3 chronology 1865 to 1939; leaf 4 'One of 350 copies in Goudy's Kennerley type issued in the twenty-ninth day of April, 1939, on the occasion of tea honored by the presence of Frederic W. Goudy and given by the San Pasquel Press, Pasadena,California.' First edition (first printing). Very good copy. Outer leaves are tanned.
