[12],387pp. Red cloth, very good (front cover lightly scuffed), dj illustrated by C. Leroy Baldridge good plus (moderately worn, lightly soiled, spine faded), price of $2.50 intact. During World War I, the Allied fleet representing France, Great Britain, and Russia sought to take control of the Turkish straits hoping to weaken Ottoman Empire forces. Subsequently the Australia and New Zealand forces fought on land for eight months but were unable to defeat the forces representing the Ottoman Empire. Mackenzie's memories of Gallipoli are seen from his vantage point as second in command of Espionage and Contre-Espionage. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 387 pages .
