London: Witherby & Co., 1913. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Joseph Wolf. Witherby & Co.,1913. Hard Cover. No dust jacket. All edges gilt. Cover has mild shelfwear, edges mildly rubbed, spine ends lightly softened. Gilt design and titles a bit dulled. Pages are clean and unmarked, end papers toned - text block not affected. Inscribed by the author on dedication page. but not signed. Hinges cracked. Binding is tight. Very nice copy. Illustrated with numeros photographs, maps and drawings and one coloured plate by Joseph Wolf.
