Published between 1814 and 1822. With presentation inscription dated March 23rd 1823 and a further inscrtption dated 1912. Worn and marked, cover split along spine and detachd, frontis detached and frayed, The two page printed directions bound at rear, the second page detached and torn with loss, thumbd and soiled. The title-page calls for 16 engravings. However the details of another copy are given below. DR. (A few light spots and thumbmarks.) Original printed wrappers with wood-engraved classical garland on upper wrapper, publisher's advertisement on lower wrapper (wear to spine, edges rubbed, some light soiling to upper wrapper). Osborne I, 220 lists a copy "Embellished with sixteen colored [sic] engravings". The present copy, however, has "Embellished with fifteen coloured engravings" printed on the title. In fact, it appears to be complete with just 13 illustrations which are fully paginated.
