About This Item
London: Techniucal Journals, Ltd./Caxton House, Westminster, 1913. Boards. Very Good. The uncommon 1913 1st edition. Solid and VG in its dark-green cloth over light-green boards. Neat former owner name and address at the front free endpaper, very light soiling to the preliminaries, 1 pg. ("House in Parkway/Gidea Park") loose. A touch of mild bowing as well to the front panel. Still though, solid and very presentable. Tall quarto, hundreds of black-and-white photos and floor plans throughout. Section I: Introduction, with Typical Specification; Section II: Exteriors and Plans; Section III: Interior Details.
