Original blue cloth binding with white lettering and decoration, very good with a little general wear and light rubbing to edges, cloth slightly marked. Contents clean and tight, ownership inscription to the front end paper papers toned. A very good tight copy. [Bibliographic note: Earlier editions of this work were of a slightly larger format consisting of 51 colour plates, the cloth binding lettered and decorated in gilt).
