Signed First Edition. Black cloth with gilt titles on spine. Timber Press, Inc. 2005. Near Fine condition. The book is fine other than minor sunbleaching to the cover where the dust jacket does not cover. The dust jacket is in very good condition with a small rip at the top and minor creasing on the top edge. Signed by both authors.
