Grand Rapids: William B. Eerdmans Publishing, 1939. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First edition, 1939. Book has bumping and very light wear to head and tail of spine as well as fore edge corners. Name on ffep. Pages are clean and binding is tight. Dust jacket has light edge wear; some age-toning to spine and edges; not price clipped; in an archival mylar sleeve. 182 pages. Alvin Pender Cummins (1886-1983) was a Methodist preacher for many years in Oklahoma during the 1920s & 30s, and then at Paradise, Kansas in the 1940s. He retired to Colorado Springs in the early 1950s.
