The main thesis is that racial classification by genetic factors is objective and rests on sounder scientific foundations than that based on anthropometric measurements. Furthermore, it is suggested that a thorough knowledge of genetics may eventually permit the tracing of the inheritance and distribution of genes influencing human behavior and thus be of interest to the sociologist and political scientist.
