Boston: Estes and Lauriat, 1892. First edition. Hardcover. Very good/Very good. 20 illustrations. Octavo. Original white cloth binding, with elaborate gilt, blue, and red stamping, and a ribbon marker. Small ink signature to the title page, with an ink inscription to the front flyleaf and some minor offsetting to the endpapers. The boards are clean and bright. An exceptional copy in the original red sateen dust jacket, which is moderately sun faded along the spine and extremities.
