New York: Doubleday & McClure Co, 1900. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. Early reprint. Green pictorial cloth boards stamped in yellow and red, gilt-stamped spine title. Fine in near fine dustwrapper with modest chipping at the crown and corners. The jacket appears identical to the first edition jacket, except it is has been stamped "Forty-First Thousand" on the front panel. At any rate a rare jacket on the author's first book.
