London: Adam and Charles Black, 1907. Hardcover. Good. Handsome full leather binding done by Bumpus of Gilbey's biography of Morland, featuring dozens of tissue-guarded colour plates of the artworks. Red mottled leather with raised bands to spine. All edges gilt. Inner and outer dentelles in gilt and gilt decorated doublures. 8vo. (220x165mm) [xix] 290pp. Some toning and light marking to covers. Rubbing to spine, slight cracking to upper front hinge. But binding tight and contents clean. Good overall.
