Reprint, October 1926 (first published by Macmillan & Co. in 1913) Blue cloth with title in gilt on spine and front cover. Condition: Fair, covers are generally shelfworn with cloth to top of spine beginning to split at edge. Endpapers are lightly foxed, with slightly heavier foxing to frontispiece. Text throughout is generally clean with occasional light foxing. The front endpaper bears the inscription "I hope that you will like Tagore, Dec.1931" 101pp. B/w frontispiece portrait of Tagore by William Rothenstein, no other illustrations. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
