Fine/Fine-. 14 Cms x 22 Cms. project time-charts on endpapers, series list facing t.p., t.p.+vii+277, top edge blue; small inoffensive sig.verso front endpaper otherwise an immaculate copy in jacket marred only by slight top edge rubbing (will add protective sleeve when ordered). The Glacier Metal Company initiated and oversaw this major long-term project on all aspects of industrail management organization structure and staff relations, including the creation of a Glaciet Institute of Management. The authors were the major figures in this, the former being MD of Glacier and its successor Amalgamated Engineering, Jaques being a psychoanalyst and Professor in the School of Social Sciences at Brunel College. An important and now scarce work, especially in this condition.
