Volume bears 1955 date but likely published c.1969-70. Jacket style o, verso is blank. ML #175.4. --- A tightly-bound, clean and unmarked copy though with a hint of soiling to cloth. Synopsis
Go Down, Moses is a collection of Faulkner's stories that once strung together, tell the composite history of the McCaslin family, specifically of the white and black descendants of Lucius Quintus Carothers McCaslin and the residents of the plantation he founded.
