MacMillan and Co.. Fair. 1861. Hardcover. Early on, one page is detached and several others loose, but after Introduction and first two pages, binding is solid. Pages unmarked and only slightly tanned. Tiny tear on page 5 and a couple of creased corners. Gilt edges with a little wear, but not bad. No dustjacket at issue. Buckram cover with brown leather at spine -- some wear to spine, but buckram is merely soiled. ; 331 pages .
