New York: Leavitt & Allen. Good+ with no dust jacket. c1868. Hardcover. Blue cloth, blindstamped decorations to boards, gilt spine lettering, nine stories illustrated with b&w drawings. Uncommon series of books. Spine notes series as Wee Little Willie's Story Books; title page notes this as Wee Little Willie's Library. The book is undated, but was offered as a Reward of Merit for a student of the Walnut Grove District with an inscription penned in 1868 by the instructor.; 4-1/2" x 5-1/2"; 128 pp; An OCLC search for this title notes but a single holding, at the University of Kansas. OCLC also lists a companion title for a girl, Katie, noting the author as George A. Leavitt and but two holdings -- at the University of Florida and Brown. ; Cloth worn at corners and with a small area lifting away from front board, pages with occasional foxing, usually near page edges. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
