French Edition. Series consists of 6 books, as shown on the rear of the dust jacket. This book is part I of Tome III (Volume III), which is the 5th book. Copyright 1950, published 1950 by Typographie Plon (Paris), printed in France. Illustrated, mainly sketch maps of battles. Dust jacket is very brittle and thin, has several wrinkles and creases, pieces missing, large tears and chips, curling at the edges, sunfade and tanning (particularly to the spine and edges), and shelfwear. Softcover shows similar wear to include sunfade to the edges and spine, chips and tears to the edges, creases and wrinkles, and curled edges. The textblock and pages are heavily tanned, but most importantly, this book is uncut/untrimmed. While uncut pages must be opened by the next owner, it also means this book has never been read. There does not appear to be any writing in the text. Overall, considering its age and available dust jacket, this softcover book is in Very Good minus (VG-) condition.
