London: Folio Society. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1978. Hardcover. Book is clean but does lay open to several pages. Hinges are tight. Red lettering and gilt on spine has faded. Corners and spine are bumped. Red slipcase is very worn and has scotch tape pieces along one side to hold together. Has a bookplate on page facing the half title. .
