Original blue cloth binding in very good condition, clean and presentable but having some wear to extremities, gold lettering to spine, 8vo. , poor dust jacket that is heavily chipped and torn to the extremities, loss to bottom of front cover, nevertheless the picture is visable, it is a coloured scene of an aircraft and men in an polar situation, no inscriptions, some foxing, 232 pages including index and publisher's advertisements. .
