Hardcover, bound in pictorial tan cloth titled in black with multiple vignettes of train engines stamped in red & black on spine & front cover. The covers are cocked, bumped, soiled & darkened. viii & 200 pages illustrated with a black & white frontispiece & color title vignettes. There is some light foxing & soiling to the endpapers with an early owner's name and the date penned on the front endpaper. The title page is soiled with scattered minor light staining to throughout. Good. <p>First edition in book form [after a special magazine edition].
