Pages are untrimmed as issued on bottom and fore edge, top is gilded. There is a tissue guard on the frontis-piece This is a great little folksy story, from the late 19th century, that gives the reader a tongue and cheek taste of the times Mylar protected. First Edition, first issue with "train" missing from title page.. A great and rare collectible for Western era enthusiasts.
