The Great Ouse area, which covers 3,314 sq. miles, includes most of the Counties of Cambridgeshire and the Isle of Ely, Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire, large parts of Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, West Suffolk and Norfolk, and relatively small parts of Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and East Suffolk.
