FIRST EDITION 1908, 8vo, red pictorial cloth, illustrated in brown, black, green and yellow on upper cover and spine, gilt lettered on upper cover and spine, olivine edges, grey endpapers, pages: 367 + 16. 8 black and white plates by W. Rainey plus a folding map. Spine slightly faded, gilt spine lettering slightly worn, head and tail of spine very slightly worn with 1 minute nick to cloth at head and tail of spine, tiniest bump to lower corner of upper cover, neat name at top of half-title, pale foxing to half-title, occasional slight pale foxing throughout, a couple of inner joints cracked but binding tight and firm, small crease to a few top corners.
