Reviews

On Nov 10 2020, a reader said:
In Greatest Indian Stories you will find four treatments of the Native American as only Zane Grey could do it. He treated the Indian with the utmost respect, sympathy, and understanding as no other author has ever managed to do. Because of this attitude, he was given unparalleled access to the Indian tribes of the West, thereby learning stories and legends no other white man had ever heard before. And with his latent ability he transformed them into these stories, some of his best writings. The stories are Siena Waits also known as The Great Slave; Haunted Spring an excerpt from Spirit of the Border; Daughter of the Moon aka Blue Feather; and Nophaie's Redemption which is Zane Grey's original ending to Vanishing American.
