Bound in navy blue cloth w/gilt titles and cross on spine, gilt cross on front. Clean and unmarked, corner tips scuffed, upper front corner bumped, spine head fraying, two small scuffs to edges. Tight and solid, sewn binding. Rough cut. Internals in very nice condition, very clean and unmarked, lightly toned. Former owner name on paste-down. A good solid clean book of the life of Christ. 299 pages. 5.75 x 8.75 inches. 1949, Doubleday, Garden City, NY, USA.
