Near Fine in an about Very Good jacket, clipped, lightly soiled and rubbed throughout, some small chips and closed tears. Red buckram with white ink lettering on the spine. Square and firmly bound, former owner's name on the front endpaper, clean otherwise. Norwood's work that "surveys the origin and development of Greek Comic Drama, with full discussion not only of Aristophanes and Menader but also of other important playwrights whose work has usually received scant notice because only fragments of it have survived.
