About This Item

Rare early appearance - Wole Soyinka contributes the 12 page short story "Madame Etienne's Establishment" (illustrated by Roger Dickinson) to the Autumn 1957 issue of "The Gryphon". Printed notes on the contributors describes him thus "Wole Soyinka plays the guitar and is a veritable repository of the more unprintable folk-songs".

Very Good condition, with no inscriptions.
