[vi] + 242 pp. Frontis + numerous unspecified line drawings and b/w photo illustrations. Fourth and Revised Edition 1912 with author's presentation inscription in ink to the reverse of the frontis. Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Good (Book- mild general shelf wear and soiling to cloth, significant offset browning to free end papers, author presentation insc as above, slight musty smell from long term storage - not offensive but worthy of mention. Glue to back strip is beginning to fail with consequential creaking on opening and a few signatures strained but mull and sewing holding and no cracks to end papers. No other notable defects).
