Designed by Giovanni Mardersteig and set in his Dante type; printed at the Stamperia Valdonega in Verona on Pescia hand made paper in an edition of 276 copies . of which this is #191. Half blue leather and blue cloth, gilt rule and spine lettering, top edge gilt. In the characteristic Mardersteig slipcase. Blue of spine is lightly faded, else a fine copy. The first edition of this report on the skuldugg. ery of materiel suppliers during the Civil War was printed in an edition of 100 copies. It was later reprinted in an edition of 750..
