Blue cloth boards show signs of insect damage. Foxed. Bookplate of Frances Louisa Goodrich pasted to verso of ffep. Inscribed to Goodrich by Allen Eaton, "To Francis Goodrich Pioneer in a great -- wish which it is my privilege to be a part. With gratitude and affection, Allen Eaton." Goodrich was an artist, teacher, and craftswoman who made her home just outside of Asheville, NC. Scarce signed.
