About This Item
New York: Delacorte Press, 1971. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Publisher's black cloth binding with spine stamped in gilt and upper board with metallic red pitch fork design. First edition, first printing stated and with orange end papers, in dust jacket with publisher's price of $5.95 intact. Near Fine, with previous owner inkless emboss to front free end paper, pages lightly toned, else fine. In a Very Good dust jacket, with a bit of rubbing amateur color touch-ups made with black marker. A pretty scarce Vonnegut title in the correct first edition. While the book club edition states "first printing" as well, the end papers are white.
