Color frontispiece, 162 pages. First edition. Special decorative natural linen stamped binding in pink, blue and gilt in th style of an old sampler with stylised flowers and birds designed by artist Edward Stratton Holloway who worked as art director for J.B. Lippincott Compa for forty-six years and wrote a number of books on interior design and antiqu furniture. The text is illustrated with four color plates by George W. Plank Very good.
