This rare, privately-printed copy is one of only 100 that were printed by the prestigious early twentieth-century Grabhorn Press of San Francisco. Wrapper has bumps and creases to edges and corners. Some fading and soiling to binding. Moderate-sized tear along one edge of upper spine. Tissue guard for frontispiece is loose from binding. Pages have browned with aging. No internal markings. Pages are "unopened". Black and white and color illustrations and a fold-out map.
All proceeds benefit The Friends of the San Anselmo Library. No expedited shipping outside of the United States.
